Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Canada) ("the Bank") is a Canadian chartered bank that provides comprehensive retail and corporate banking services. The name of the Bank is changed from the previously known The Bank of East Asia (Canada) since July 2, 2010. The new name reflects the relationship with our parent bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China. We are dedicated to growing our business, meeting and exceeding our customers' needs and expectations. We now operate a network of eight banking locations in Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary and Montreal, together with a Corporate and Premium Banking Office in B.C. Province.

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China was established on January 1st 1984. On October 28th 2005, it was wholly restructured to a joint-stock limited company. On October 27th, 2006, it was successfully listed on both Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Through its continuous endeavor and stable development, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China has developed into a leading bank in the world, possessing an excellent customer base, a diversified business structure, strong innovation capabilities and market competitiveness, providing a comprehensive range of financial products and services to over 7 million corporate customers and 607 million retail customers.

With the support from the parent bank in terms of strong management, leading technology, wide range of products and services and capital, we will continue to actively engage ourselves in serving both Canadian and Chinese clients while promoting bilateral trades and economic activities between the two countries. Adhering to the integrity, discipline and customer oriented business philosophy of the parent bank, we will strive to become a new bridge for Sino-Canada relations, as well as a new platform for bilateral trade and economic exchanges.
